"The guesthouse is exceptionally clean and the gardens are beautiful and peaceful. I spent many hours just relaxing there. They have good wifi and a bar with a wide selection of beer. The food is well-prepared and the kitchen staff is very accommodating. The guesthouse is out of the way. You can walk into town in about 20 minutes, but the house is on a dirt road for the first part of your walk. After that the walk is easy. There are not many choices for food within a 10 minute walk although...

"The property is split among multiple buildings, but it is safe, clean, and well-maintained. A healthy breakfast was provided. It was a perfect place to stay for meeting colleagues at the Kigali Convention Center and nearby restaurants and shopping within walking distance. "

"I felt at home during my first few minutes at the 5 Swiss Hotel. The staff treated me like family and I will never forget all of the wonderful people I met. Nadine, you will always be in my heart, as well as Sylvere, Mya, William. I could just keep going. Good food in the restaurant for dinners, wonderful breakfasts, and lovely grounds. "I booked this property online and upon arrival i found the room fully prepared for me. I really enjoyed my stay at the property. The staff were so friendly and very quick to respond to request for assistance by guests. I would recommend you to try the hotel and i look forward to staying again at OKapi Hotel during any future trip to Kigali Rwanda."

"This property was great! I enjoyed all the staff especially the manager Thomas. He made everything was taken care of. This hotel was walking distance to the best restaurants. I came up sit but it was a hospital right on site and a pharmacy. "

"Dirty rooms (white room slippers turned brown). Worst customer service ever received from reception staff- slow, you had to beg for basic attention/ requests/ services. Bags gone through. Breakfasts abismal- swinging from first day with nothing ready but eggs, to laid out but with rotten fruit. Not to be repeated. "
