"鹿屋は鉄道が通ってないので、ホテルがバス停にとても近かったのが助かりました。 飲食店は移動できる圏内には色々ありましたし、週末に開く併設のレストランはドリンクoffなどのサービスもあり大満足できました。コンビニはあって欲しかったですが（^ ^；） 室内も清潔で適度にゆったりしていたので寛げました。バスタブまたは大浴場があれば尚嬉しかったです。"

"掲載されていた写真とずいぶん違った。露天風呂から見える景色は工事中の護岸です。露天風呂付の部屋に泊まったが外からは丸見えだし、2階ということもあったが落ち着ける雰囲気ではなかった。また夕食無しで2人で1泊36000円はコスパ悪すぎ。部屋も狭いし畳も毛羽立って古い。唯一サービスの朝食はまずますでしたが、リピートは無い"

"社員旅行ではじめて利用させて頂きましたが、レストラン、温泉、眺望、施設、スタッフの皆さんの全てが完璧でした。ホテル内には＂砂蒸し風呂＂もあり、温泉大浴場と併せ癒されました。また、1番楽しみにしていたのが食事でしたが、指宿唯一のフレンチレストランでの創作フレンチコース料理とベテランソムリエの方がチョイスしたワインが素晴らしかった事と、我々ホテルユーザーにとっての最後のイベントが朝食ですが、フレッシュな食材の料理に感動しました。また伺わせて頂きます！"
