"Iv never stayed in such an unkept hotel, the mould in the room was so bad I asked to move, which was alittle better, I was so upset I didn’t want to be there, I stayed up most of the night looking for another hotel, we ended up staying for breakfast which was just so horrible, didn’t even finish it , I asked for a refund this is still in despute. "

"I stayed here for 5 nights in early September as a solo female traveler- I felt completed safe, comfortable, and simply happy at this beautiful and extremely well-maintained property. The grounds are extremely well-kept (pool area, lobby, rooms, hallways, etc). The staff were beyond welcoming every time you saw them, and they were always ready with a smile to help with any requests. You can tell this is a well-trained staff in hospitality!
