"We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses."

The hotel has two advantages: a large pool with an ocean view and all rooms offering ocean views—of course, the higher the floor, the better the view. And that’s where the positives end. There is no service at the hotel whatsoever. Rooms are not ready on time for check-in. Contrary to the descriptions, there is no bar at the hotel.
