"The hardest part was finding this hotel. For some reason the taxi driver took a long time to find it. Only after he called them on the phone and was given directions could he get there. Also, it would really help if the staff spoke at least a little English. They tried to be helpful, but with the language barrier, they couldn't do much for me. "We chose this hotel as it was closest to Nanning East Railway Station, at which we were arriving late at night. Taxi driver didn't know it but we found it with Google Maps assistance. We had to notify the hotel that we planned a late arrival. Staff were very helpful in getting someone on the phone who spoke English and taking in and holding for us a package containing the train tickets for the next leg of our journey. "Bad service : I requested a non smoking room and I had the opposite ( someone was smoking and the smoke was coming into the room pretty much all night). I don't think they have read the special request. "
