"Good central location whilst visiting my daughter. Quiet room. Friendly, helpful staff. Great food variety. Good coffee options. Needed help to sort TV but quickly resolved. Beds a little hard and not a very warm room, tried to regulate the temp with no luck. Would have liked mushrooms with thd cooked breakfast."

"Very affordable and friendly staff. The room was clean and had a comfy bed and en suite bathroom. Would have been nice to have parking at the hotel and a kettle in the room but overall a fantastic stay and would stay again."

"I did not appreciate the £50 per night charge for 'incidentals'! Did they think I was going to wreck their room?? It made me feel like I was being treated as a troublemaker. I did get the money back btw. Also, I did not like the £15 fine if you took their shampoo bottles, again it made me feel uneasy. You could buy said bottles in the shops for a couple of £'s. The breakfast area was a maze, where moving around was difficult as you are constantly avoiding bumping into other people. "

"Have been there before but it has been greatly upgraded since then. Very comfortable rooms, breakfast as i'd expect but could do with slightly more eating space Not keen on dog friendly but there again i don't like animals. Staff alwaya cleaning though which was good to see."

"This is our go-to hotel when want a few days away. It’s location is perfect for visits to Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Bath and many of the other beautiful area’s around this hotel. The staff are really lovely and nothing is too much trouble. The food was really good and has a varied menu to suit all tastes. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. "A hotel with nice clean rooms close to Temple Meads station. The rooms were a little small, but overall pretty good. Staff was friendly and helpful toward any questions. Entrance was a little difficult due to the construction in the area. "

"We had a very nice stay at the Wookey Hole Hotel. We stayed for two nights. We arrived really late on our first night, with only 5 minutes left until they stopped doing dinner, but it was no problem to get us in for food. We were very grateful as we had a five year old with us who was very hungry! The food was very tasty and enjoyable. Check-in was smooth and everyone we encountered during our stay was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and bright, and we overall had no issues however...
