North Limburg 3 Stars Hotels

"Fantastic place to stay within easy walking distance to rail service's and the river. Room was very spacious with small kitchen and plenty of places to hang clothes. Bed was very comfortable only down side was the plug in the wah hand basin once pushed down to fill sink with water to shave, i didnt know you had to go under the sink and fiddle about with rod's to push the plug back up to allow water to drain away. "Great hotel, location and staff. Issues: - bike storage should have proper racks to give more security to cyclists. We had no issues, but i didn’t feel comfortable leaving my bike at first and you are not allowed to keep them in your room. - i think their ecofriendliness could be improved by leaving soap bars, as ours was swapped with a new one every day even though it had been hardly used."

"It was a 5 day business stay from abroad. It is hard to get around without a taxi or bike. Uber is available but the wait time varies from 15-25 minutes. I had dinner at their restaurant twice. The dinner was great but the service is below average. I found the place to be a bit expensive. The rooms and views were great. I asked for electric kettle to drink hot water but they did not provide and suggested to use Nespresso Coffee Machine which is a bummer. "

"We were satisfied with the price/quality but the internet pictures tend to make you think it’s more of a hotel than a motel which we think it is. We are not knocking it and have stayed at a lot of „Hotels“ that are not as good and much more expensive."

"I did not like the room because there was no air conditioning and there were no fans available from the reception desk and the breakfast had some scramble eggs that were not tasting good no eggs to order so first time here and last time here. "

"A good option for an overnight stay if you're visiting the town or the massive shopping outlet. You have to get the key from the main hotel next to the station but the room was nice and we had good nights sleep. Breakfast is in the main hotel and parking is a bit of a walk on the other side of the railway station but we'd definitely stay again."

"Lovely hotel in a village just a few miles from Venlo. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. I had one of the best nights sleep in months. Breakfast was served downstairs in the restaurant and the cold meats, cheese etc served on a platter, with the bread, croissants etc in a separate basket. Plenty for two people "

"We enjoyed staying here. There were several swimming options and parks for our children. We traveled from the US (we speak English and German but not Dutch). However, people were friendly and helped us navigate. It’s a short drive to several cities and we just enjoyed time at the resort, also."

"Very clean, nice amenities, lots of farms with horses around if you like that, the service was fine. Everything would have been fine... except for several attempts in the morning to give me a "breakfast", without telling me clearly that it wasn't included, and without telling me it would cost me 14 euros for some eggs, ham and toast - quite an outrageous price. I was very disappointed to find a 3-star hotel engaging in this kind of thing."

"Buitenom stalen trap met te kleine treden om de kamer te bereiken. De bedden werden niet opgemaakt en er werd niet schoongemaakt, ik heb de bediening er op aangesproken maar die vonden dat heel normaal. Na 18.00 uur was er niemand meer en het restaurant gesloten. Ontbijt was armzalig met de goedkoopste producten uit een duitse supermarkt. Kortom: een grote teleurstelling."

"I did find the room, although clean, one of the most uncomfortable I have had. Pillow was horrible and the bedding not much better. Could really use a little modernisation but most of all, lose the pillows for better ones, horrible nights sleep."

"Very warm welcome feom the hotels reception staff member, nomlift bit its just a one floor then it should not be a problem, car park by the hotel is great, just mind that if you come out after 8 pm then ise your room key to open the main entrance,i was not told and luckily i guessed. The bed mattress are seriously old amd sogy but all very clean. A tip maybe an extension for coffee maker and kettle would make a bice touch as well as a swit h for the coil fan in the bathroom so a guest dos not...
