"The hotel is very dated -- clean but old. There was a shuttle to the airport and he was very prompt . "

"We didn't stay. The lobby had a terrible smell. No elevator and was given a room on the 2nd floor. I will say that a room on the 2nd floor would have been preferable since the rooms opened to the outside. Did not feel safe. The property says, free shuttle to the airport but only at certain times and none that would get us to the airport for a very early flight."

"My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary at this hotel, and a few days after checkout, we were charged $250 for damage to a chair that was already in that condition when we arrived. Coincidentally, there was similar damage on the floor in front of the sofa that matched the damage on the chair. The damage appeared to be scribbles made by a child with a brown marker or pen. The hotel's response to this charge has been dismissive. Definitely will not be staying here ever again!"

"My reservation was cancelled without any notification. I arrived and was notified that my credit card did not go through. My room was given to another person and there were no other rooms available. This was the same credit card that I used while booking every other hotel on my trip. I arrived in Tampa after a long drive with my two sons. Finding another decent hotel in the area was impossible on a Saturday night. Hours later we ended up in a hotel where my families safety was at risk. The person at the front desk did apologize for the inconvenience."
