Great hotel

We had a really nice day at the Embassy suites. The room was exceptional. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the happy hour. It was very convenient having the shuttle to the airport.

Great location near airport. Our flight out of PIE was cancelled. Great happy hour and breakfast included in our stay. Friendly staff.

Parking was horrible, elevators slow, charge you for incidentals no matter what, charge for parking when there isnā€™t hardly any parking in the very small and dirty parking garage. People park in two spaces leaving you to walk from the 4th floor. Toilet paper holder was awkward, towels dirty, weird smell in hotel
