"The hotel is fairly nice, modern, just a bit dated. Rooms are kept well. Just sound proofing is not that great. You get free Korean style spa ticket which we enjoyed. Free morning breakfast is okay (I'm a Marriott member and it's somewhat comparable to that). "

The ground floor seems to be unoccupied. The room was of a moderate size but well decorated. The biggest negative point was that it was a long way from the centre taxi was about 8500won. "The location of this hotel can't be beat. It is very near the large Tongyeon bridge and the well-designed space underneath complete with bball court, soccer, a large walking path, rock climbing, a small playground, footpath). Many restaurants walkable. We stayed in the large "party room" and it was spacious and the view of the bridge was amazing. Our room was minimally serviced after we requested it on both mornings (amenities not replenished, towels were changed). The room had not been...

"Very nice and kind staff. The property was fancy but missing details like the bathroom light was too dark and flushing problems. The other part of the property was still under construction. That made me feel like something was undone. It would be much better if they finished the rest of the construction."

As with most of the pensions in the area, Korean is their language, but if communicated in advance they can get assistance from friends to translate messages in English. Had the largest place (large bedroom/living room area separated from entrance/kitchen and bathroom. Very clean and fully equipped for cooking."
