"Luciana fue excelente desde el minuto 1, soluciono mis problemas por el fallo de una agencia externa, me recomendó lugares q conocer, y hasta el ultimo minuto moatro un servicio excellent!! "

"Our room had a lake view which was stunning. Room was comfortable even if a little dated. Unfortunately you can't regulate the heating and it was unbearable the first night, added to the heat was the noise of traffic outside, we were told we could turn it off completely, but there was no handle to do so, when the maintenance person arrived he was surprised to see there wasn't a handle nor on the bathroom heater either, but that one was turnedd off. He had to come twice, didn't have a replacement...

"Overall we had a good stay. The room was comfortable, the shower was hot with good water pressure and breakfast included was a big plus. Unfortunately our stay soured at the end as after check out we were accused of stealing a towel and charged for it. We did not steal said towel and likely never had it to begin with. Felt like we were taken advantage of as young female travelers. "

"The location is great (right in town) but it also means that it’s quite nosy. Rooms don’t have air cond or fan so we slept with the window open and could hear quite a lot of noise from the street, with earplug it should be fine though. Staff was nice and buffet breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. Our bathroom had a strong smell of sewage (we told reception about it.) "

"All staff were excellent, including the front desk, the bar, the breakfast crew, and the cleaning. In particular, Sol at the front desk was fantastic. She took care of all our needs and questions, she mOved our heavy bags in and out of storage, and she exuded light and positivity every time we passed through the lobby. Thank you Sol"

"The Marianas, mom, daughter ( and grandmother and grandaughter also although i didnt meet them) are lovelyand were great with arranging transport and giving recommendations. Lots of pictures of mom and others Nordic skiing and the daughter enjoys it immensely also and can arrange a guide in the winter if one wants to find the best places...very tempting! Everybody in town knows them..."

"Excelente atencion e instalaciones, personal muy amable, muy buena disposicion ante algun inconveniente con la estadia, en nuestro caso tuvimos que aplazar nuestro viaje y no hubo inconvenientes por parte del hotel para cambiar la fecha de la estadia."

"We only stayed 1 night on June 2022, Staff was very helpful, cabin was cute. Green areas were nice. It is not the best location if you do not have a car, but staff can help you get a taxi in order to move around. Very affordable"

"My room was in front of the Main Street (bustillo) so I heard the cars going back and forth all night, the view was not as advertised by the property. On top of this the room was too hot, amenities are open but nobody is on the spa or the pool to help you out, I left after the first night and went to another hotel where my parents made their reservation, less expensive and with much better amenities. I do not recommend this hotel"
