"This is an excellent hotel located within walking distance of city center. We had a party of three, so we received a two room suite, which was excellent. The breakfast was great - had plenty of choices. The suite had a balcony which was a nice place to relax in the morning or evening. Staff was very helpful and courteous."

"When we arrived to the hotel we got a room that was dirty and crawling with ants, we tried to cancel our stay for the week due to unsanitary reasons and wanted to find alternative accomodation for the rest of our stay in Crete. The hotel staff was not willing to give us any refund but wanted to change us to a room they called an upgrade due to better view from the balcony. Same type of room and maybe a bit cleaner, but still not a room i would book again. The hotel staff could with ease have...

"Great beachfront location. Good size rooms with comfy bedding. WiFi did not work in the room, and show curtain cuts shower space in half. Minor things really. Overall a good stay. "

I loved the fact that we were so close to everything but to find parking will be tough sometimes however pay parking is close by and street parking you can find if you look! "
