"The hotel staff are wonderful, the location is perfect. But I cannot ignore the fact that when we first walked in the bedroom we had mosquitos everywhere, i had to buy bug spray to kill them all. Lastly, im not sure if this happens in other hotels in Venice but the water pressure was horrible and it took a long time to heat up the water. "

"The cabins were absolutely adorable. Very clean. We were able to get 2 beds. They were fairly comfortable, not the best but for the price it was surprising how good they were! Very very thin pillows, however they’re very long and I was able to fold it in thirds and get it supportive. The campsite is well maintained. Gorgeous pool. Restaurant was good. The shuttle was perfect. €2.50 each way. "

"Perfect little hotel right on the Grand Canal at the Rialto Bridge. Room 301 looked out over the canal and bridge. Very romantic! Room was clean with modern bathroom, etc. Highly recommend!"

Staff were courteous and helpful. I want to recognize Roberto (night shift) who made sure our forgotten passports and over $1000 euros cash we had left in the room safe were returned to us. "Staff is excellent and helped a ton with our ways to get to our tour destinations with the local public transportation. Hotel is decent and cleaned well daily."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property, clean room, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. Walking distance from the train station (around 12 min), closer to a vaporetto stop, restaurants are not too far. I would stay there again!"

"Do the employees sleep? The ladies that checked us in during the evening were the same ones serving the guests breakfast! Not only that but they were beyond amazing at both! The hotel is a bridge away from the train station, so an easy 5 minute walk. It is also 5 minutes to the main bus/taxi area to and from the airport. There are lots of hotels in Venice but when we come back we will be staying here again! "
