"The room type and photos were very different to the room we were given. The room I booked through Expedia looked modern (based on photos) and contained a queen and two single beds. "Great handy spot"

"We stayed at Kasees on an Autumn mountain bike trip. Bed was super comfortable. Facilities were a bit dated but still very clean and in good order. Kitchenette served its purpose well. View was magnificent. Downsides- No secure storage area for bikes (external bike racks supplied) you need to bring your own locks. No parking allowed for dual cabs on-site (park in car parks and walk back to lodge). "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Smiggins Hotel- the staff are so kind and friendly, the location couldn’t be better, the rooms are beautiful and warm and the food is absolutely sensational. What a wonderful family holiday! My kids said it was the best trip ever and cannot wait to return. Thanks Belinda and team for the wonderful hospitality."

"Really lovely stay here! So close to everything in the village, 5 minute walk to the lifts, friendly staff. Love that they had laundry on property ( 2 AUD per wash/dry cycle) and the continental breakfast was delicious and very filling for a day of activities! Room was spacious and had lovely amenities. Would recommend for anyone staying in Thredbo for MTB, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, or any other activities :)"

"Friendly staff and service, particularly in the restaurant. The room & bed was really comfy but unfortunately couldn’t sleep as the walls are paper thin. We could hear all of the staff conversations in the hallway at 9pm at night, all crying children, as well as the loud shower pressure of the room next door very early in the morning."

"This motel has provided us with easy accomodation that is comfortable and meets our needs. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Some rooms we have stayed in are better than others-due to upgrades. Surrounding area is clean and easy parking facilities in front of your room."

"It was a fantastic location and the staff were really helpful, which was appreciated as I was travelling alone with 2 small boys. It was a great stay!"

"The room was quiet, tidy and spacious with a lovely view and effective heater. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were helpful and reasonably prompt when assistance was needed. Although instructions were to wash your dishes, no detergent was supplied. The large bed appeared not to have had sheets changed as one side of the pillowcase smelt like sweat and there were a few head hairs between the sheets. Ignoring that, we were very comfortable."

"Overall the experience was good. Place was clean and comfy. Good to have air con in all rooms including living room but the filter needs to be cleaned as it was quite smelly whenever air con is ON."
