"Check in & out sem problemas. O tamanho do quarto é o diferencial deste Ibis pois acomoda duas pessoas e suas bagagens sem problemas. Perto de tudo o que facilita muito. Café da manhã suficiente. Compensou a experiência ruim de Bern."

"The stay was decent. The food was average. The biggest negative was the AC in the room was working very poorly. Every night I woke up feeling hot in the room. Though AC temperature was set at 16 Degrees, the actual temperature achieved was never beyond 23 and something would happen to the AC every night around 2 am when it would stop working for a while and the start again. This is the reason why I would not recommend this place. "

"View from the room was incredible! Great location for exploring Innsbruck in a day, very easy to walk around, close to many dining options and shopping. Room was very clean, staff were friendly, overall a great stay! We also utilized the secure luggage storage. However the privacy in the bathroom could be improved as it is fully glass walls and doors. "
