"The Apartment is in an area where there is eateries , shops of all various things and also very easy to locate. environment was quite and serene .The apartment was top notch clean, bed was super soft with lovely beddings. "I booked this hotel based on phoney ratings from Hotel.com. First of all, the location of the hotel using google map is totally different from actual place on ground - 12 km apart. It took me over 2 hours and a local guide to trace the facility. Then the huge one, the hotel manager did not trace any booking in my name, despite the fact that Hotel.com took the full amount for my stay from my debit card. "They didn’t turn on the AC till around 9pm, so I spent the entire day sweaty and hot. I had to check out at 10pm cause I saw a huge rat in my bathroom. Half of my room was flooded with water possibly from the fridge. It was so nasty. I couldn’t even contact reception and housekeeping didn’t pick up. I had to call the kitchen and they wouldn’t help. It was just so terrible. And I paid 25k for that. "
