"Great place to stay! It’s a bit of a maze to get to your room but rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Bed was a little too firm for our liking. Room service comes around early so if you want to sleep in put the DND on the door. Staff is so nice and very helpful! Highly recommend and would stay there again! Prices our great too!!!"

"Older hotel but still very well kept. The free breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. My only complaint is that the free shuttle stops at 11pm. "

"Comfy room, and convenient airport shuttle, but major bonus points for the board & other games in the lobby. The only quibble was the pool, with an uninvitingly green tint. On an up note, we paid for breakfast and liked their voucher system, which let my grandkids pick foods they especially like instead of the usual quantity-over-quality breakfast buffet."

"Charming and beautiful. Yes it’s a historic building and it’s small and sometimes things look dated but by far it’s been one of the cleanest and comfortable hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was amazing and the location is perfect. A true urban gem for those looking to take in a real and raw experience of San Francisco in a safe and clean environment "

"We were on the 9th floor, it was a small room, but fine for SF. Location and comfort of the bed were the best aspects, but the elevator is so small; there is only one and it’s very slow. That was my least favorite part. "

"Really liked this small hotel, which is a short drive to SFO. The room was well appointed, beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean, and the staff was great. I especially appreciated that I could park my car there for only $15/day while on a week long trip."

"Spent Mother's Day at Holiday Inn Express Fisherman's Wharf and it was great. Loved the fact that I could add parking to my hotel cost prior to arriving at hotel. Normally the Valet parking is $65 but paid $40 and the valet still parked the car which was fine. It's walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39. There's an Applebees restaurant and other restaurants nearby. Will stay there again. Was only there for one night since a friend was in SF for a couple of days. "

"The check in process was smooth and the room was clean and comfortable. My only negative was that there was no coffee in the morning. There was an area set up for coffee but sadly none of the hot stuff was provided. "
