The staff were help and friendly, the hotel was clean and well kept. Our room was very nice; a pull out sofa bed with a TV in the front room and a TV in the bedroom. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our short stay and would definitely book here again.

what I enjoyed the most about the Embassy suites was the really nice staff. They were helpful. They were courteous. The breakfast was delicious and made fast. Not sure how they hired such quality staff, but they did a great job on that.

The rooms need a facelift. Everything in the room is old. The carpet was very dirty. The cafe in the lobby didn’t serve lunch. The breakfast was good, coffee was very good. No comment on dinner as I did not stay in the hotel for dinner.

This was the worst embassy suites we stayed at ever…… It was beyond ghetto. Staff was nice . This did not feel like an Embassy suites. LOADS of people during breakfast time. Def outdated for sure. Like I said staff was nice but will not be staying here again :(

Location is fantastic- across the street is a BART rail stop. There are restaurants as well if you do not choose Embassy Grill for evening meals. Breakfast has plenty of options to choose from and a great way to start your day. Happy Hour and complimentary well drinks from 5:30-7:00, at least when I recently stayed there- shoutout to bartender Marcus B. who made some nice cocktails. If you drive and have a vehicle, perhaps the only complaint I could see is the daily rate fee. 34$ for self-parking seems a bit too steep. Stayed for work trip and would stay again.

Embassy Suites always, consistently offers a clean place to stay, large rooms and friendly staff. One tip on this particular property (Walnut Creek); park in the public parking next door instead of the hotel garage. It’s more accessible, it’s cheaper, and you will always find a space. Just a few steps further away which is no big deal.

The room was mostly clean, though the lamp in the sitting area was dusty. Bathroom was spacious and very clean. Bed was soft and very nice. Lying down I could see the hills, pretty, but BART was right below the window. I could see it standing up and hear it when I was trying to sleep. The breakfast and happy hour were standard. Staff friendly and helpful.
