"Loved this property. In spite of the proximity to a busy street, we found it quiet enough and safe. Curbside parking is iffy, so we opted to spend the additional $20 for the secure garage. Just wish we had time to enjoy the rooftop seating area and fire pit. Everything was thoughtfully appointed. Will definitely try to stay here again!"

"The apartment is located on a lovely lane minutes from Abbott Kinney (a great road for quirky shops and great places to eat). The space was huge and beautifully presented including 2 large double bedrooms, a reception room with a double blow up bed and a nice (cosy!) showroom. We absolutely loved staying here"

"The location was fabulous so close to the beach, which meant that we had a simple three minute walk to the amazing oceanfront and we enjoyed swimming in the ocean each morning and each evening. "Enjoyed our experience but not too keen on the curtain gate for our cars and seeing that there’s a lot of run down RVs in surrounding area , left us feeling a little weary w our car and coming in late. I did not especially like guests and workers leaving out the exit to the street right by our hotel door. It just allows someone to enter easily. Thankfully they do have cameras and security so that eased our mind a little. But overall it was great 6 day experience. "

"I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in an ocean front view room. Pros: -location -views -cleanliness -has netflix (living room area only) -basic kitchen tools for cooking/eating. -rooftop patio (very nice to hang out, watch the sunset and do bbq). Cons: -no A/C, so summer time you might not enjoy it. Although it has a ceiling fan in the bedroom, mine was a little noisy. -not soundproof, you can hear footsteps from the suite above and the noise outside the building. -if you like hot showers like...

"Unbeatable location right on the beach. Some reviews complain about the noise, but I stayed Mon-Wed and never had noise issues at all. Room is clean, staff was friendly, too! The room is minimally furnished, but it’s much cleaner and better than Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in for similar price in similar location. "
