"Clean room and nice staffs. Bed is very comfy. Be aware that the bottle water in the room are not complementary. It is $2 each. I didn't notice until I saw the note on the invoice. Overall, good value. "

"I stayed here one night while in Kelowna. Very clean very well kept building and surroundings. However customer service lacks smiles and thank you for staying. Maybe it is a cultural thing however usually feels good when you are happy your customers are staying at your facility. Also Traveled with a perfectly behaved Service Dog with papers and was charged $100 incidental and money not returned. Breakfast was great, clean area and an endless supply of breakfast goods. "

"As a last minute stop , we we pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was , super spacious and comfy , would have stayed a second night . It is in a more semi commercial area , but close to wings pub , casino , fast food options. Though close to the hwy we did not hear it until around 530 am . Would highly recommend for weary travelers "

"Firstly, the beds were quite simply the most comfortable beds we have ever experienced in a hotel. The included breakfast was comprehensive although with no hot food. The room was a good size and the location was quiet. Secure underground parking was very convenient. Recommended. "

"The walk ability of the area was poor. Limited sidewalks and only one busy road crossing for pedestrians. Near a busy transport truck fuelling station."
