"This is a well situated hotel for most downtown activities in Victoria. It is super clean. The beds are very very comfortable and so are the pillows. A great price point for a visit to Victoria."

"Our family of 4 stayed 3 nights in late August. Location was excellent within easy walking distance to Victoria inner harbour and attractions. Excellent buffet breakfast with a good variety of items. We even saw a wild deer just outside of the breakfast area."

"The front desk staff were very welcoming and informative. The older gentleman recommended a local restaurant, close by and it was amazing. For a really nice evening meal, The Glo is an amazing restaurant with reasonably priced food. I would recommend the Arbutus Inn for a clean, comfortable motel."

"Bad: Bathroom wasn't spotless but clean enough. TV remote was old and busted and not working properly. Parking situation is kind of inconvenient. Good: Friendly staff, cozy room. Very convenient location."
