We loved going to Shay…the hotel is very well located, the beach is just 5 minutes away across the hotel, the beach chairs facing the beautiful ocean and towels were very convenient you don’t need a car everything is walking distance. "Rooms were clean. Very basic with coffe maker, small refrigerator and microwave. On site restaurant was easily accessible for drinks and meals. Beach was only a few steps away. No children, so it was quiet and relaxing. We loved it and highly recommend. "

"Hi, We stayed at The Tides for a long weekend in May 2024. The room was super clean, the amenities were great, allowed us to mix restaurants and home food. The supermarket is about 15 mins walk from The Tides, and you also have the option to use the onsite bicycles for free. Turks and Caicos weather was awesome, people are nice, patient, and we personally need to thank Brenda for all her help, she was super nice and made us feel home. Will definitely go back to Turks, and stay at The Tides...

"We has the best time here. Ariel was amazing and I couldn’t say enough about how he hooked us up for all kinds of deals for day trips and jet skis. He seriously is very dedicated and passionate about the guests. The only issue we had was a water leak through the wall when we gad some torrential rain that should be looked at asap. Ariel was great and got the place cleaned up and the tv on the wall replaced asap. Thank you for a great stay!"

"First, TCI is beautiful. Our choice of Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas proved to be fantastic! The ocean is just steps away down a private lighted path. Fantastic snorkeling at Smith Reef from shore. The villa was great, clean and had everything we needed. The use of the grills at the pool was great for us when we didn't want to eat out. Great coffee shop and restaurants near by. The grocery store was a 10 minute drive. Everything was so convenient and the on-site manager was fantastic. We can't...
