“The parking seemed full and it was only about 15 cars I pulled in to go in and check in but they were too many scary people around my car so I was afraid to get out I called and they said there was plenty of parking across the street. Across the street was a parking garage with a big sign that said enter at your own risk. When I called they acted like I was an idiot well I'm a 62-year-old woman that wasn't about to fight a whole clan of sketchy strange intimidating creatures or whatever you want...

When we arrived in the evening, there was no one at the frontier desk and I didn't see a way to make myself known. When she did arrive she did not thank me for my patience. “BRAND NEW EVERYTHING! We really enjoyed our stay. The complimentary parking garage was just one block away, which was very convenient. “Loved the cleanliness of the property. The location was good. The breakfast was ok. When I went to get oatmeal it was empty. When I went to make a waffle, the waffle batter was empty. When I went to make hot tea, the hot water decanter was empty. They did refill each item promptly. Other than than breakfast was pretty good. We asked for additional 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths at the front desk. We received 2 bath towels and 9 wash clothes. Yes 9! But overall...
