"The staff has been very nice also very accommodating . Our room was clean . We were thinking of staying long term while I do an assignment at a local hospital however policy is you move to second floor . I am not to keen on second floor move the floor is not as nice as first floor . It is dark and gloomy and the room we were going to be placed in smelled like cigarettes badly and working in healthcare I was afraid my belongings would also become smelly. They are renovating so hopefully in time the second floor will also be just as nice as the first floor. Indoor pool is not open either . This was also a disappointment. "

"The room was clean, with nice amenities and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was great. There was a good selection of channels on the television and the staff were very pleasant and efficient. I left too early each day to try the breakfast, but it smelled pretty good and the dining room was large with plenty of tables. There was a nice well lit grass area out front to walk the dog. My only complaints were that the closet, fridge and microwave were tricky to access and the room, while large, seemed a little cramped and oddly laid out. I only managed to connect to the wi-fi once and it was very slow."

"As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the most pleasant smell. The staff is courteous and accommodating. My room was spotless and I slept very good 👍 The establishment seems to be in the middle of an upgrade and so far going nicely. "

"Staff were courteous, easy check in and check out. One problem, the room was cold and the heat didn't work properly, room 222. I didn't ask for help because the clerk was male and I have severe PTSD from sexual violence, I would rather be cold than have a man who is a stranger in my room. Again, staff were great."

"The rooms are spacious, the staff are amazing, and the food is delicious! All of that plus it’s within walking distance of the hot springs. All huge positives that guarantees I’m coming back!"
