"The rooms were incredibly small, although very clean. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortably soft. We did, however, appreciate the blackout curtains and TV programs.
The hotel staff was all so kind, but if you lingered in the lobby for more than a minute, a staff member would approach you to sell you a hotel discount on a future stay.
The Wi-Fi was extremely spotty and unreliable. I was disappointed to have gone 2/3 nights without a solid connection.
The location of this hotel was quite good - 5-minute walk to Penn Station and close to some food places and souvenir shops. Not to mention, it neighbours a fabulous coffee was shop, Vanilla Gorilla, which we regularly frequented. The outskirt of the building was relatively quiet overall, compared to other NYC stays."
