"Just booked a second stay at the reopened Row and remembered how well taken care of I was last time. From Christina at check-in who was kind enough to let me check in early so I could use the restroom and unwind before my show, to manager Joe who made an effort to travel the floors and every area of the hotel to check in and get to know their guests — I truly felt so welcomed. You cannot beat the location — close to Broadway theatres, subways, and 24/7 convenience stores. It’s why ROW has been one of my go-tos over the last decade. But the staff, especially the last visit, makes me look forward to returning. Additionally, the rooms are so much more modernized now and my favorite part — so much storage! Under bed, drawers, hooks, and hangers. So many hotels have one of these options - here’s there’s everything! Makes it useful for a multi-night trip."
