"This is my fourth stay at this complex, which says it all. Each time it excels in every way starting with a warm welcome, beautiful clean tidy and spacious room, great food, a swimming pool to die for (all quite shallow and child friendly) along with another pool, good entertainment both for kids and adults. "great location. located right next to a mall. across the street theres a little strip of 5 or so restaurants. bus stop right in front that takes you to the city center which is about 10 mins away . easy to get to . located 10 mins from the airport as well. they have stores as well across the street if you need to get anything. room was very big and spacious,clean,smell great, comfortable bed, alot of tolietries given comb toothbrush kleenex shower cap. room is very modern and decorated beautifully. in lobby they have a restaurant with pastries,pizza and you can order dinner at night, as well as a bar if needed through out the day. they have a roooftop terrace and pool i didnt get in the water but it looked nice. they also have a gym but i didnt go to see it. staff all very kind and helpful and welcoming."

"Serious Concerns: - Maid entered room even with "do not disturb" sign displayed - a couple small things went missing, but nothing major. The maid did mix our dirty clothes with clean clothes, mixed my significant other's clothes with mine, and went into her personal bag that had some medication and moved things. The front desk then lied about this saying no one entered even though our beds were made, clothes folded, etc. - AC or other person according to maintenance/security produced very strong cigarette odor on our last day while we were on a day trip to Malaga. Returned to find all of our clothes smelled like cigarettes. Woke up the next morning stuffy (likely due to second hand smoke because the smell was in the hallway of the same floor of the room we were moved to).Walked past the room the next morning and it still smelled like cigarettes (maid was scrubbing down the walls of both that room and the one beside it). - Had to fight with the front desk over the problems and they wouldn't provide a written statement validating the issues. They also made excuses (suggesting it was a kid who may have thrown the do not disturb sign under our door in the maid situation above. They have a camera in the hallway and wouldn't provide a status update for us) - Had to file a formal complaint on my final night when I should have been resting for a flight the next day (they refused my request to have security come to our room and validate the smoke smell... Limited and can't write more"
