"The room I was given was noisy, had fleas, and the toilet was clogged . For the price they charge it was a disgrace."

"5 stars beautiful new hotel comfortable bed excellent pillow and bedding super comfy, super modern excellent TV. Excellent views. Front desk was accommodating got us a room immediately excellent! Great customer service. The area was commercial and was safe . Unfortunately Seattle is just not a safe area anymore but they did have police on premises and the hotel was very safe. The best hotel in Seattle!"

"The best part of this hotel was the pool, hot tub and sauna. All are available for free access by guests. You dont need to pay for access to the spa to get access to these amenities. Convenient location walkable to Seattle center and pikes place. Would definitely stay again!"

"Upon checking in, the customer service we received could definitely benefit from some refresher course as to be more courteous and accommodating. The check out was more pleasant and guest friendly. The quality of the toilet paper was definitely standing out, and I don’t mean that in a positive way!!"

"Overall my stay was good. Upon check-in I was told my room wasn’t ready - and this was at 4:00 pm. I had to wait until 5:30 to get my room, which I thought was very unprofessional. Being that check in is at 3:00 I’m, I didn’t feel that this was fair. The room was nice, the neighborhood was also nice - not ideal with no car. I didn’t eat here but the menu looked decent. "

"We loved our stay. The room was small, as advertised, but we were out so much we didn't mind. The hotel has a fantastic location so we could walk or take the transit everywhere. Easy access from the airport using the rail. Breakfast was great. We're very pleased. "

"Very close to the Pledge Arena, walking distance of about a mile. We felt very safe. We also walked about 1.5 miles to the marina and had a seafood dinner/happy hour at Dukes. Perfect day! "

"The staff was incredible. Extremely accommodating. They have a wine hour each evening in the lobby. Lobby is small and cramped with limited seating; however, they did a great job and limitless pours. Very nice. They also had a resident artist set up in the lobby who would paint while you sipped and chatted. Nice touch. Will absolutely stay here again. Totally walkable to Pikes Market. Great hotel. "
