"We have stayed at this property a number of times over the years. The hamam, sauna, and pool are excellent and one of our biggest perks to stay. The other perk is usually the incredible view of the balloons that are launched early morning each day but unfortunately, neither of our 2 mornings there, were there any balloons. The reasoning was weather but the weather was beautiful each day. That, of course, is no fault of the hotel, just a disappointment to us. My only complaint was that the wifi...

"We arrived @0430, staff were generous with helping us w bags and walked us to our room--tired. We stayed in Honeymoon suite, Jacuzzi/Shower great, spacious, AirCon worked well, comfy bed. Breakfast was a blend of local fare and European, sweets were made by staff. "

"This is a great hotel on a busy junction (D300/D750) with services. Very useful for a night stop. Only complaint is the lack of choice for breakfast. I find salad, cheese, and cold boiled egg difficult ealry in the morning."

"When entering the room for the first time, the room had the WOW factor. It's a very beautiful room. The view is stunning. A five minute drive down the road and you will see all the balloons taking off above the fairy chimneys, that is if youget up earlyenough. Most of the staff are friendly but bring Google translate along, you'll need it. It's a total of five minutes walking time and you're exploring the first cave. If you're moderately fit you can climb up to the "castle " exploring lots...

"Hotel made it so easy to stay with kids. Loved the breakfast spa (hot baths, pools). Mr Manager Ali Aksoy, helped us from the check in to the checkout. We made errors and it was handled so professionally so thankful from him. Highly recommended. "

"A really nice hotel. Right in the centre of town just off the main pedestrian shopping area but with off street parking and a 16th Century mosque virtually opposite. Easy to find due to it's height and it's name blazoned on top. My room wasn't especially large but was very good with a very comfortable bed and excellent linen. Free tea/coffee making facilities are there and lots of bathroom extras like comb/shaving stuff/toothpaste and a small fridge with soft drinks (extra obviously). I...
