"Food limited.sonenfood only for first 20 people. If your are in first 30 minutes.you might get some food. Quality very bad.Also quantity really bad. When we ask refill or top up. Food. When it's finished it's all they got. Whatever we ask .they don't refresh the buffet. Disappointed. First time ever I heard in hotel no refills in 08.00 . They start breakfast 07.30. It's cheating. Waste of money "

"Booked for 1 night and easily extended for a 2nd night. I was in the front room (room 9) so there was a bit of noise from the road. Room was very clean and provided everything I required. Would stay again. "

"My friend and I stayed in Queen size room and had a lot of space for us both to spread out and not be on tripping on top of each other. The separate kitchenette and toilet/shower was a major plus. All staff was friendly. Our room was second block which gave us seperate parking areas and a side street exit. Good location. Not right in the heart of city centre but if u don’t mind a nice stroll really only 5-10mins away. Easy walk to cafes, restaurants, dinosaur museum. Plus other side of rd u have...

"What a great place for our one night stay in Forbes. We were able to park the car and walk around town enjoying the beautiful town itself. Our accommodation was so very enjoyable. Super clean with everything we needed and especially a wonderfully comfortable bed. Nice room with a verandah. We certainly enjoyed our stay and would recommend and definitely stay again."
