"Chatrium Hotel Bangkok was our last hotel stop before our vacation was over. As a Platinum Hotels.com member, I was lucky to get an "upgrade" on our room but it didn't seem like an upgrade because I had booked a 1 Bdrm Riverview Suite King Bed and that was what I got? "This has been my favorite hotel to stay at when I am in Thailand. It is the perfect location and close to train station, food, transportation. However, in both buildings they have a mold problem. The walls have mold in them as well as the showers. Do not stay in the the older building where the top rooms are suppose to be. The toilets do not flush and the sinks leaks water everywhere. The constant noice from outside gets annoying because you can hear everything in the rooms so there is bad noise...

"The staff Was absolutely lovely, always helpful and very kind! This hotel is right in the heart of Siam and the perfect place if you love to shop bc it’s situated by all the mega malls and BTS stations. The breakfast was so delicious as well. We had the best time and will definitely be back!"
