Great value for money, staff friendly and helpful. The only real downside is the distance from the main Sukhumvit road although this is partially addressed by the free tuktuk service

Hotel is nice staff also very nice. They provide tuk tuk service to the main road and back. The hotel is pretty far down the strip from the main road. No complaints would stay again
