"Walkable from the HBF, which was terrific, but the immediate vicinity of this new hotel doesn't have a ton of charm. However, that was more than made up for by the beautiful, reasonably-priced rooms and the amazing rooftop terrace. "

The bathroom is a good size. Good shower pressure. Breakfast was excellent. Good location about an 8 min walk from the train station. Walk to Mannheim Water Tower and other attractions. "This is a lovely property staffed by a friendly and hard working team. We had some small issues at check in but they were quickly resolved and we had a wonderful 3 day stay. Everyone here made Heidelberg feel like home!"

"Great place for a comfortable overnight stop. Lovely 6km round trip walk to the Rhine, where there are several restaurants and yummy ice cream parlours. Loved the free refreshments in the mini bar and the free coffee, something we haven’t experienced before. Nice to see that customers are still valued and not just an expendable commodity."

"A place in the center of Mannheim, with easy access to historic buildings, the Rhine, shopping, restaurants. The hotel is nice, you feel like family, you have everything you need for a stay in Mannheim."

"The hotel was quite quiet being late January but it was clean and well organised like most hotels in Germany. The underfloor heating the room was nice. The desk staff were very helpful and I look forward to visiting again in the summer"

"It may advertise that it is more than a conference hotel, but it was built to be a conference hotel. The facility is very nice, covered parking, nestled on a hilltop, and well maintained. However, the dining option is a buffet and seating is cafeteria style on long tables. That is great if it is a conference but if you are traveling by yourself, it leave a lot to be desired. Other than the dining situation, it is not a bad big hotel. "
