"This was like our third or fourth time at this hotel, but our first in several years. The surrounding area has been developed in a positive way. Our room was fine, but the front desk staff could be more friendly. We had to ask housekeeping to clean the floor, but it was fine. I'd say the biggest complaint I had was lack of bidet, as most other hotels have it. Still, we'll stay here again the next time we hit Incheon."

"It is quite a new building so the rooms are modern and clean. It is close the subway station and it is in a quiet part of songdo. There are a lot of convenience stores nearby and also some bakeries and restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk down to the main shopping area and central park or you can take the subway. My only complaint would be all the messing ING and information sent was in Korean language. Even when there was a message in English the links would direct you to a page with only...
