"This was one of the most chaotic places I have ever stayed, staff tried hard but where clearly let down by a lack of training and management decisions. If you are not coming by car I would avoid as the "shuttle" service to the town is very hap harazard. It was cancelled on the day of departure with no notice. There was no reception staff at 8am to help with check out and the kitchen staff had to help settle my bill without access to a card machine or the computer system. They did however help...

"This was a lovely hotel - particularly in the bar and reception area. We ate at their restaurant and the food was fabulous if a little pricey. The rooms were spacious and clean (we had a superior double) and it’s incredibly well placed in the centre of Zell am See so plenty of buses to other ski areas. The towels were a little on the small side and quite harsh and the body and hair gel was not replaced often enough so we ran out twice. Also there are no tea and coffee facilities but we asked for...
