The a/c control was an issue being that I like to keep my room cool and has no individual controls. Therefore the hotel controls the a/c and was forced with a heater. "Sadly a really disappointing stay, our room (particularly the bathroom) was starting to look very tired, the WI-FI is nonexistent and we were very disappointed to learn that the spa (including use of the pool) can only be booked for 1 hour at an additional charge of €20pp - there was virtually no availability which meant we weren’t able to use any of the facilities. "We chose this hotel for our stay in Logrono. It was ok. The room was suitably for a couple of nights but it wouldn’t have suited us for anything longer. The lack of windows in the breakfast room made it feel uncomfortable. The breakfast was ok but not as good as others we had experienced elsewhere. The staff were friendly and efficient.
