"A very pretty hotel to stay at especially if you do not want to be around loud noises and crowds! This property is not in Taipa, where it can get so crowded and noisy - which is why we chose to stay here. I love how it’s on the fisherman’s wharf area where you have options of food but still not too busy. One down side is there are no shuttles that go to the hotel but you can go to SANDS hotel to take their shuttle, which is a 10 min walk. Otherwise, the room is huge, pretty, and clean! We...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very comfortable, staff very helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Nice pool and spa area too."

"Excellent Staff. I forgot a bag and called and they had it for me. Breakfast was superb. The downside was it seemed a little out dated compared to other hotels in Macao. Location is in the old part of Macau. (Not so great for me) however, there are shuttle buses to go to other hotels. Ac NOT great. Other than that, rooms are comfortable and I like beds and sheets."

"There were quite some disturbing issues during the stay, I was in a rush to take my car and leave however I need a stamp from the check in desk, the stamping process took abnormally long and it was found out that the machine was jammed and they had me waiting while they try to take the ticket out, it took about roughly 10 mins, they could’ve done a better job in problem solving, such as giving me a new ticket straight away, or contacting the gate keeper to open the parking gate for me to leave....

"The hotel room is nice and quiet. In addition to a long queue for check in, some of the elevators have their card reader not working properly. This makes getting back to the room a struggle every time. It happened to quite a few hotel guests. "

"The Grand Coloane is a great place to get away for a different e-work environment or family vacation. I highly recommend staying ocean side. Sitting on the balcony at night or early morning is quite relaxing. The staff are very helpful and kind. "

"It was my 4th time stay @ casa real with friends & family… one of the best Hotel in Macau. Location, Service & Staff support is always remarkable. If you want to win in Casino, you need max luck…which I don’t have. My luck always blooming @ Sand’s Casino..😜😃 stay @ Casa Real is unforgettable, pleasant. Food serving in resturant has variety of food for vegetarians. Walking distance to Ferry Terminal is also a most positive side of the Hotel. Overall 9 out of 10 to the Hotel. 👍👍"

"Very bad experience for staying this hotel. Even it’s non smoking floor, it’s smoking smell everywhere. Bad smoking smell in the room and also the blanket and pillows. My kids kept complaining and do not want to stay there. "
