Mendoza 4 Stars Hotels

"If you plan to spend most of your time in town and around the hotel, this place makes sense. If you plan to visit wineries all day, trek Mt. Aconcagua etc, save your money to spend on the wine tours and local shops and Michelin star restaurants. Their breakfast is nothing special. "

"Everything was great. The room was big. We were in rm 218. The front desk were always helpful and answered all our questions with a smile. The buffet was great other than some of the sweets were a little hard that needed to be changed out. The restaurant mgr. was very concerned always if something was low in the buffet they would refill immediately. We never had a chance to take a dip in the pool. But overall we will return to NH if we ever come back to Mendoza. We took the a tour with Viator...

"Nice small property, with a good restaurant in it. Found it weird it was literally attached to another hotel, with almost identical names. That can be confusing when booking. Everything was pretty good. Clean, spacious rooms, with nice big beds. There was a sewer smell from the bathroom. That would be my only complaint. Its kinda central, to entertainment and dinning options. The area looks sketchy but its not. Pretty safe, just be aware of surroundings. Lots of taxi options. Uber works well....

"We liked the coffee, it was good, and so was the included breakfast. We would have liked the pool if the weather had been good. The shower was good. The bed was comfortable. The towels were a little on the older side. The room was clean and maintained. One of the toilet bolts was loose. In summary we enjoyed the hotel and we would return."

"The people working behind the desk were incredibly nice. Our Spanish wasn’t perfect but they were kind and patient with us which we really appreciated because we were checking-in in the middle of the night. Would go back. "

"If you’re looking for a safe place in the heart of Mendoza, look no further. This place is around the corner from a lot of eateries and bars. Transportation is easily accessible. There were 3 of us with plenty of room. The hosts were great and easy to work with. "

"I was scheduled to stay on the Royal Princess Hotel from 1/3/24 to 1/7 after making my reservation online. I had just arrived from climbing Aconcagua with my climbing team and the hotel DID NOT honor our reservation because of an unwritten policy to not accept guests from the mountain. Multiple egregious issues- first, this policy is written NO WHERE. This is a policy that does not exist and should therefore not be enforced.
