"The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Front desk employees all spoke English. My only issue was I was lead to believe that the hotel was next to the train station and in walking distance. 30 minute walk with luggage is really not doable. Yet the hotel provided us with free bus tickets which were great for getting around the city "

The design of the shower room is not very good, I have to put my clothes and towel outside the shower room otherwise all will get wet. I suggest the shower room should install a space for towel. "Absolutely wonderful stay at Postresidenz am See. It was great to see the new hotel having stayed in there in the late 80’s. The interiors are beautiful, our family suite was gorgeous with the most stunning lake views. Location is excellent you can practically ski/board to the door of the hotel. "Hotel is perfectly located right next to ski lift, bus stop and rental shops. Very comfortable rooms. My biggest praise goes to the staff who went above and beyond helping me after I injured myself and needed a lot of assistance, outside of normal hours too. Would not have been able to function without their support. "

"Room was quiet, has a nice view of pine trees a false sense of serene since it is facing the street not the slopes. Stayed in RM # 813, which is the first floor with peekaboo views of the mountains. Towels were old and room service did not leave enough coffee cartridges daily, had to call for additional. "Good location, only 3 mins walk to the main cable car station. The ski storage is also very convenient. Service is good but the hotel hasn’t provide bottle water to the room everyday."

"We loved our stay at Hotel Adula. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were a great size and very comfy, and the breakfast every morning was wonderful with plenty of options. Our favourite was the spa area with the steam room and sauna, it was perfect after a full day on the slopes. Would highly recommend this hotel!"
