"The floors in our room were sandy, no lifts or ramps to our room meant carrying prams and babies up stairs with no bellboy offer, no spare blankets in room, can very clearly hear noise on neighbours balcony and outside of the rooms door. "I have stayed at the Mantra for many years from when it opened for family holidays, weekends away, single night work trips and even staged a conference at the property one year. It's a great location however it is starting to feel a little tired. I was in a 1st floor apartment this visit and it was fine, however there was a bad smell of stale smoke. I don't know if it was a previous guest or if smoke just drifts in from other rooms/floors (I usually have the balcony door open). I will probably...

"This place surprised me. It had 3 pools throughout the property. There was a gym and kiosk at reception. The main pool was located a reception and short walk through the complex. It was heated and quite large. There was a massive secure underground carpark which had left access to the block where your unit is located. The unit we stayed in was styled beautifully and had comfortable and good sized lounge chairs. There was a coffee pod machine which was a bonus. It’s located just across the road...

"What a wonderful resort!! The unit was modern and very comfortable and had great views of the pool. The pool was heated so we were able to use it in mid May and the spa was a great treat after!! The staff are super nice and welcoming!! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend it !! "
