"What a fabulous hotel! A quiet and relaxing oasis on a beautiful lake. And the staff, particularly Julia at the front desk are extremely welcoming and helpful!!!! Loved sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine and looking at lake or from sky view lounge on roof!!"

"Great stay and great staff. Rooms were a bit noisy as you can hear sounds from the hallway and other adjacent rooms. Besides that, only complaint is they didn’t have a “Do Not Disturb” sign in the room and housekeeping ended up walking in on me while I was asleep, they do start cleaning quite early. Room looked like pictures and hotel was unique. If you’re a younger traveler, the hotel caters more to an older crowd but the experience was still wonderful. "

"The hotel overall is an amazing property with outstanding views. A very nice front desk guy Cande "Papi" helped me a lot and was very diligent to try to give an excellent service. I had an upgrade do that the AC wasn't working in the room I was assigned to. Breakfast was very good and the Capuchinos were amazing. Bathroom ok, but dirty dirty shower. "

"The hotel is perfectly located across from the park and ferry stations. There was also a little train car available for a drive around the city. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"There was not hot water at night to take a shower and I was there during winter. Also, front desk was not knowledgeable about surroundings and when asked to stay 1 hour more in our checkout, they asked to charge 35 euros; I travel a lot and never was charge for 1 hour late checkout. Also the breakfast was mediocre. "

"The Vercelli Palace is a nice hotel. But we only found one restaurant within walking distance. But they had the best pizza of our whole trip! The breakfast buffet at this hotel was excellent!"

"We chose this location since near Malpensa airport. But we didn't here planes & its located out in the country. Lovely grounds, nice, clean rooms overlooking pool area. The staff, went out of their way to care for our transportation to & from airport. We had both breakfast & dinner there, very pleased with our meals & entire visits. "

"It’s a nice & very convenient hotel. But the breakfast is awful, all mass-produced, pre-packed sweet and savoury items, even juices are from concentrate, not a good advert for Italian cuisine. The toiletries in the room are beyond basic and lots of plastic packaging. A little attention and creativity would improve things so much. It’s still the best place to stay in the area. "
