No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. He gave us ideas for places to go, restaurants, bakeries, local things to do, and if we had any issues at all, they were dealt with, in an expedient fashion! "Fantastic hotel. Our room was an apartment very spacious with a nice balcony view of the pool area. Breakfast buffet is pay on the day and its worth it (13€) Staff are super friendly and helpful whenever required. The bar/lounge great place to sit n relax. Overall facilities were top quality, would definitely book again. "
