"The room was adequate, but was not the room that we had booked. We had to go to the front desk to request sheet and a blanket for the second comforter on it probably would not stay again."

"Beautiful hotel, very clean. Boat to Universal was so cool. I don’t normally rate staff bc it rarely stands out for me, but this time I was very impressed with the staff- front counter, concierge, waitstaff, etc. all so attentive and genuinely seemed to like their jobs lol I mean I’ve never had a pool towel guy offer to carry them for us to the pool chairs lol My only complaint would be that they had more quick food options. I think this will definitely be our place of choice for Orlando moving forward and can’t wait to go back."
