Nice hotel ambience. Pool a bit like a zoo but you are staying here for express passes and to be able to walk to the park. Room ok size. Double sink which helpful but bathroom lighting shockingly poor! Just remember you are paying 5 star prices for the benefits. The room is more 4 star.

Nice! Very handy to the park. Beautiful pool area. Nice store and restaurant. However the waitress in The Kitchen needs some training on guest relations. Would definitely use this resort again!

Don’t recall breakfast included, may have missed it. But the hotel and grounds were very clean, staff was super nice. Lobby bar had great food and cocktails. The walk to the park was short, and also access to water taxi for the slightly longer but scenic route

We just had a much better overall experience at Sapphire Falls from our prior vacation. We felt more welcomed. Cleaning staff was pretty good and the beach club was awesome. The staff at check in could have been more welcoming.

The staff was courteous. Self parking was a breeze. The hotel was conveniently located to the Universal Parks. We loved taking the water taxi to the parks and the included Express Pass Unlimited. The only downside of our stay is that we were placed next to the staircase in the location the absolute furthest away from the elevator. It took so long to get to our room that the first time we located it we couldn’t believe the hallway was THAT long! Mattresses were super comfortable!

Hard Rock Orlando

Excellent stay at another Loews Hotels. Hard Rock is very close to parks. Beautiful walk from hotel. Also has excellent amenities for your use. The service around the hotel is excellent. Pool service at cabanas is wonderful!

Room was not very clean. Visible hairs on the bed and bathroom. Wall was too thin? Could hear people's conversations next room. Room needs to be updated. I was expecting it to be very lavish and luxuriouse but it wasn't.

Check-in was good and went quickly. When we arrived at our room, we noticed the art on the wall was broken and there was nails sticking out where the piece of art was missing. It was also later in the evening when we arrived so we did not have any locations inside of the hotel to get filtered water besides requesting it from the bar/restaurant where they could fill a cup and the Fiji bottled water to purchase. We also love the water taxi and walkways that make it easy to get to the park. Upon using the shower in the room, we noticed a piece of blue painters tape on the shower tile like it was supposed to be covering something that could be broken. Overall wasn’t super happy with our experience for the price. Felt like amenities could be better and room could absolutely be in better shape for the price.
