"Lovely hotel, beautiful park behind it was lovely for walking in even though the weather was not good. Hotel is beautiful, the interior is stunning. Our room (we had a suite) was lovely. Food was good in the restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a casino next door and a water park next to that. Our only gripe was the pillows on the beds. You had one large and one small one each and they were way too soft. "

"Room was smelly and towels were dirty, window wasn't clean with cobwebs on the outside. Rooms were not soundproofed as mentioned."

"This is a lovely hotel. We stayed in a Jr. Suite for 4 days while visiting family and our stay in this hotel was perfect, will stay again when visiting the area. The suite was spacious, clean, modern and in great condition. Bathroom was very large with a nice bear claw bathtub and a large walk-in shower. WiFi was available throughout the hotel. The free Parking was very convenient with two large parking lots right next to reception. Breakfast buffet was small but had everything you need and the...

"Check in was smooth, the reception and restaurant staff was helpful and service was good. HOWEVER, it was a terrible experience on the day we checked out. Another reception lady was there and presented with poor attitude and being very rude. Sadly that the whole staying experience was ruined by this lady. Hospitality means a lot in the hotel/tourism industry, at least - basic manner please. "

"The hotel is well located next to a wonderful pretty park. There is also a great restaurant located close to the hotel if you don’t want to eat there. The hotel is clean and comfortable. All the staff are friendly and helpful, the the building has no real character and looks like a bland 90’s hotel anywhere.
