"My recent stay was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of breathtaking natural surroundings, impeccable service, and luxurious amenities created a memorable experience that exceeded all my expectations. "The room was clean, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room setup was strange with low ceilings in places due to the rafters, the narrowest staircase (with split steps) that I have ever used, and only one window in the door to the small balcony. Skylights were largely covered with snow, and noise from the next room continued until the late evening. Not exactly what I expected, so overall just okay."
