You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 31 May, CHF 7.00 per person, per night for adults; CHF 3.50 per night for guests aged 6-16 years old. This tax does not apply to children under 6 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 June - 31 October, CHF 10.50 per person, per night for adults; CHF 5.25 per night for guests aged 6-16 years old. This tax does not apply to children under 6 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: CHF 130 per accommodation, per stay (varies based on unit and length of stay)

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Nearby parking fee: CHF 13 per day(3281 ft away; open 24 hours)
• Pet fee: CHF 15 per pet, per day
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: CHF 20 for check-in between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Housekeeping fee: CHF 30 per night
