"We stayed for almost a week and everyone was very friendly. Romona was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to us when we needed something. Can’t say the same for the staff at the front desk the ladies were not much of a help and didn’t take the extra steps to accommodate us when we needed something. Other than that I’d definitely go back again! The beach was absolutely incredible!!!!! "

"Overall a good experience. We had to wait well over an hour past check-in for our room to be ready. Grounds were nice and rooms were clean. Do not expect wash cloths. We had to ask for them daily. Food was hit or miss. Breakfast buffet at Thalassa was ok / good depending on the day. Dinner at Thalassa was not for me... Siwichi, Tao-Cat and La Isla snack bar were really good. "We were impressed by this place. I have been to many resorts (expensive ones) and can honestly say this is the cleanest one. This place smells wonderfully, very attentive, respectful staff. I highly recommend. It's really quiet but so convenient and located. Shout out to the server captain (don't remember his name) he from Santiago at kuka restaurant for his amazing service."

"Overall, this resort is amazing. I was skeptical at first based on reviees but was happy my entire stay. First, the grounds are clean and well kept. The location is beautiful, with a wonderful view. The syaff were friendly and helpful. The food was very good, always hot and the cooks were always refilling the buffet.
