"Location and cleanliness "

"Everything was great except the hotel never provided water to drink, no English breakfast tea in the morning and milk. We are so used to coffee / tea and that was a big minus. Rest all was great"

"This hotel is easily accessible and extremely clean. The staff is courteous and professional. Breakfast is nice. We will come back and stay here for sure. "

"This a city centre hotel in a traditional building in a busy location very close to the main shopping area. The inside was more modern and but had been nicely converted. Getting to by car was a challenge as it sits within a restricted zone. Follow yellow signs for the Victoria public car park as there appears to only one way in through semi pedestrian streets. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand but the hotel published information on this was poor. In fact the traffic restrictions...

"This apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The front desk's hours are very limited, but the check-in and check-out are very easy. It is the walking distance to the most attractions. We called Uber to Alhambra and then used bus back to apartment. "

Our arrival at the front desk, she was very helpful explained all sorts of things about the city that we can go see and she gave us a wonderful large room upgrade since it was our 33 anniversary. All the staff very helpful in helping us to book tour and the breakfast was wonderful and not that expensive Again Marta was wonderful. Dr Caron Shake "

"The staff there were very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is very close to the train station which is very convenient for someone who needs to take an early train or arrives by a late train. "
