"This was my second time staying at the hotel. We were to stay 3 nights, however our flight from S. Filipe was cancelled therefore we missed or first night, we requested a refund of the first night since flight cancellation was no fault of ours, however it wasn’t honored, was disappointed with that, however, the stay was nice, staff were friendly and eager to help out. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Lunch was superb. "

"Had issue wit clothing iron a hotel with 702 rooms only had one iron that got lost for a few days when I had the need of it "

"The place was clean and comfortable, I love the breakfast provided but the towels in the bathroom were not clean. OBS: Don't use the water or juice on the mini-fridge, they're very expensive."
