"Super Hotel mit Mitarbeitern, die leider komplett überfordert, nicht/schlecht geschult, gestresst, unfreundlich und keines falls einem 4* entsprechen. Jedes JUFA sollte im Vergleich mehr Sterne bekommen. Sehr enttäuschend, vorallem, da das Hotel an sich grundsätzlich Potential hätte. "

"Our stay in the hotel was very pleasant, reception staff polite, ready to help. Room clean but not everyday service. Excellent food. really excellent. Nice spa. The problem in the room was not tightly fitted door, that is why there was noise and cold by wind and rain. The room was changed."

"Good place for reasonable price for the guests who would like visit Loipersdorf Spa, located at 3 minutes drive from the Spa. Good breakfast, quick free internet, clean rooms with beautiful view on the green valley, hospitality of the owners providing the service in the hotel"

"Nothing fancy about this hotel, the service is good though be careful because they have limited reception hours so if you want to check in after 8 pm, you are out of luck (or you need to call them in advance). The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable but be warned, there is NO A/C! You may get a fan, but it is not really the same if it is hot outside. The best part of the stay was the breakfast."

"Amazing spa facilities and very comfortable bed. I highly recommend this hotel for a quiet get away and to enjoy the amenities. Also, amazing breakfast."

"Great Staff!! Check-in was easy and helpful. The restaurant service was great. Breakfast was pretty good. Location was good. The only downside side was that the sauna area was only open from 5pm-9pm."
